His litigation practice spans multiple forums- Delhi High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, NCLT/NCLAT, consumer commissions, and district courts across Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. The range has given him a working sense of suitable forum which often matters more than the strength of the underlying case.

For international matters, he advises on seat selection and coordinates with U.S. District Court proceedings, particularly around cross-border enforcement under the New York Convention.
