Ayush has spent the last decade working across advisory and litigation, building focus on preventing disputes and not just resolution. He structures commercial agreements anticipating where enforcement will break down- clear arbitration clauses that avoid jurisdictional fights, specific confidentiality definitions that courts will actually protect, and performance milestones that prevent scope disputes later. For PSU clients, he navigates the additional layer of public procurement law.

His litigation practice spans multiple forums- Delhi High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, NCLT/NCLAT, consumer commissions, and district courts across Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. The range has given him a working sense of suitable forum which often matters more than the strength of the underlying case.

For international matters, he advises on seat selection and coordinates with U.S. District Court proceedings, particularly around cross-border enforcement under the New York Convention.

What tends to distinguish his practice is the integration between advisory and litigation. He structures agreements with an eye toward what documentation will be needed if things go wrong, advises clients on evidence preservation during contract performance, and maintains ongoing relationships that allow him to intervene early when issues surface- before they become formal disputes.

His approach reflects a preference for precise risk allocation over courtroom advocacy.
