Mahak Dua

Mahak holds a B.Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She’s been practicing for over two years across civil, criminal, commercial litigation, arbitration, consumer disputes, and family law.

Her work involves appearing before district courts, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitration panels. She handles legal drafting, case research, client advisory, settlement negotiations, and courtroom advocacy across matters ranging from property disputes and criminal defense to commercial contract enforcement and family matters like divorce and custody.
